You need to make sure that you read the full article and that you share it with your friends so that they, too, can know about these tips and tricks, which will make you and them use tech more effectively.

    1. Insert USB Stick the Right Way

Having a USB 3.0 or a USB Type-A in the house means that you need to be saved the hassle of inserting it incorrectly. Now, the trick to inserting a USB drive the correct way is very straightforward, and it all has to do with that symbol that you see engraved on its side. This is the rule of thumb that you need to follow to make sure that you are saved the frustration: when inserting the USB drive horizontally, that symbol should be pointing upward, and if you are inserting it vertically, that symbol needs to be pointing directly toward you.

    2. Unsend an Email

We all know how to send an email. However, few are the people who are aware that when they create an email address, it comes with the ability to unsend emails as well. This can be achieved very easily in Gmail; however, you need to configure certain things before sending that email. Check the email address settings, and you will find an option called undo send. From there, you can specify the Send cancellation period, which means that you get to set up the amount of time you are allowed to unsend an email before it is permanently in the recipient’s inbox. FYI: You are allowed to set the time between 5 and 30 seconds.
