#2 – Verify if the internet is actually working
There is always a strong possibility that nothing is wrong with your hardware and the problem is being caused by some technical difficulty on your internet service provider side.
If you can’t access the internet on any of your devices (laptop, desktop, smartphones, PlayStation, etc.) either by wireless or ethernet cable, then the issue is most likely being caused by a massive service outage.
In this situation, there is not much you can do besides calling your ISP technical support team to let them know your area is also being affected by whatever technical problem they are facing.
